Advocating for Innovative Arts Projects

Perth Amboy Artworks President Caroline Pozycki Torres was asked to contributed a Voices from the Field Blog story for the arts advocacy group ArtPride NJ. The funds can be used on catch basin murals because the murals serve as tools for environmental education, and tools for litter control and storm water management. Catch basin murals (though beautiful) are not considered beautification, as they are done in conjunction with storm drain cleaning and adoption.
