It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Perth Amboy Artworks invites you to celebrate the Nativities with a Parranda featuring Puerto Rican Cultural Group Segunda Quimbamba. A Parranda is the Puerto Rican version of caroling with traditional songs and instruments.
