Salsa by the Bay returns to beautiful Bayview Park in Summer 2025 on Friday June 27th, Friday July 25th, and Friday August 22. Enjoy a free group dance lesson from 5:30pm-6:30 pm, then open dancing to live music from 6:30-8:30 pm. Bayview Park is located on the Perth Amboy Waterfront at 250 Water St. The event is free and open to the public.

Salsa by the Bay kicks off on Friday June 27 featuring a group Salsa dance lesson by Ronnie Tejeda. Then enjoy 2 hours of open dancing to live Salsa by Victor Baro y su Orquesta from 6:30-8:30pm.
Friday July 25 will feature Bachata & Merengue Night. Come learn to dance Bachata & Merengue in group dance lesson by Nancy Ynchaustegui from 5:30-6:30pm. Then from 6:30-8:30pm enjoy dancing to Live Bachata & Merengue featuring J Moreno La Banda Soberana.
Friday August 22 will feature a Salsa group dance lesson by Kevin Toft from South St Salsa from 5:30-6:30pm. Then from 6:30-8:30pm enjoy open dancing to Live Salsa featuring Swing Combo. A special presentation of the Manny Pacheco Award in Arts & Public Service will take place at the event.

Free parking is available at the Perth Amboy Marina on Front St. Bathrooms are located in Bayview Park. Chef Deluxe Me Food Truck will be selling delicious food. On Front Street you will also find Bayside Creamery Ice Cream Parlor, the Barge Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge, the Armory Restaurant and Tiki Bar and Naya Sushi on Wheels Dominican Sushi Food Truck. Bayview Park has benches and picnic tables at the base of the park. Bring your own chairs and blankets.
